Sales Manager

Sales Managers’ primary responsibility is to sell Evona’s products and solutions, perpetually finding unique ways to engage and increase audience size and clients. You will be responsible for managing clients at a local, regional or national level, or may be allocated a particular section of the market or client base.

What will you do at Evona:

  • Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
  • Searching for clients who might benefit from the company’s products and solutions
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Planning the sales strategy and optimization of sales
  • Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance
  • Attend marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows) representing the company

Required qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of strategies for increasing sales
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • An analytical and strategic mastermind
  • Ability to travel

Nice to have qualifications:

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
  • Previous experience in Information Technology field would bi ideal
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
